Pitru Dosha Check

Pitru Dosha is a chart configuration involving the Sun and the shadow planets, or the Sun's placement in particular houses. This tool checks for that configuration and shows any classical cancellation that applies.

Uses your birth chart, computed with Swiss Ephemeris and the Lahiri ayanamsa. Birth time and place are needed so the houses are accurate.

What this free check can and cannot tell you

This is a rule check, not a full prediction. It answers one narrow question: whether the named configuration appears in your computed birth chart, and whether a listed cancellation applies.

A present dosha does not automatically mean a bad life event, and an absent dosha does not replace a full chart reading. Houses, planetary strength, dashas, aspects, and the rest of the chart decide how important the signal really is.
