1. Who we are

VJS Ventures (GSTIN: 07AUFPS4890R1ZK) is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Vikram Jit Singh, based in New Delhi, India. References to “SahiKundli”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean VJS Ventures. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. What the service is

SahiKundli computes Vedic astrological charts from the birth details you provide and produces written interpretive readings grounded in classical sources, with citations. Charts are calculated using the Lahiri ayanamsa. The free tier generates your natal chart at no cost. The current paid catalogue is shown on the Reports page. Paid products are individually computed or generated from the details you provide and delivered digitally. Most include an on-site reading and a PDF; premium synthesis products may be PDF-only.

3. What a reading is, and is not

AI does not make your kundli. Our calculation engine first works out the planetary positions, lagna, houses, nakshatras, Vimshottari periods, relevant divisional charts, yogas, doshas, transits, and the other checks required for the reading. Where a report uses period or natal-strength scores, those are also fixed before the writing begins.

AI is used only after the chart is ready. It helps explain the calculated facts, connect related findings, and answer the questions covered by the report. It does not calculate the birth chart, change a placement, add a yoga, or alter a score. Before delivery, the writing is checked against the chart, classical sources, timing, voice, and safety rules.

Interpretive claims cite named sources where the source supports that level of reference. A citation identifies the classical basis of a claim; it does not convert a tendency into a guaranteed outcome.

A reading is not a prediction of fixed outcomes, a guarantee of any future event, or a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in a reading constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no decision should rest on a reading in place of qualified professional judgment. Your decisions remain yours.

We deliberately do not produce fear-based content, cross the platform’s permanent safety boundaries, or sell remedies against manufactured anxiety. Requests outside those boundaries are declined by design.

4. Your birth details

Reading quality depends on input accuracy. You are responsible for the correctness of the name, date, time, and place of birth you enter. Where birth time is approximate or falls near a calculation boundary, parts of a reading that are sensitive to exact time will say so plainly rather than overstate confidence. That caveat is a feature of the service, not a defect in your reading.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST where applicable, and are displayed at the point of purchase. Website payments are processed by Razorpay. Eligible app purchases may be processed by Apple. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials. The receipt from the applicable payment provider is your proof of purchase. Prices may change prospectively; the price you pay is the price displayed when you authorise payment.

7. Delivery

Reports are digital goods. Generation typically completes within minutes of payment, after which your reading is available through its private report page or PDF. We also send the private link by email and, if selected, by WhatsApp. If a reading has not reached you within a reasonable time, contact us with your report ID or payment reference. 8. Refunds and cancellation

Because each reading is generated individually for your chart at the moment of purchase, our refund terms are specific. They are set out in full in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Your data

How we collect, use, and delete your data, including your birth details, is described in our Privacy Policy. Your birth data is used to generate your chart and readings, is never sold, and is deleted on request.

10. Intellectual property

Your reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The text, structure, design, interpretive content, card corpus, and software that produce it remain the property of SahiKundli. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or redistribute readings or site content, or use them to train or build a competing service.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, probe or circumvent its security, generate readings through automated means, or submit another person’s birth details without their consent.

12. Service changes and availability

We improve the service continuously and may add, modify, or retire products and features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we discontinue a product you have paid for and not received, you will be refunded in full.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SahiKundli’s total liability arising out of or relating to any reading or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold.

15. Grievances and contact

For any complaint or grievance, write to us via the contact page. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
